ACFO is a not-for-profit Members organisation dedicated to mutual help by and for all members - whatever type, size, or style of fleet they run. The aim is to help businesses improve their fleet performance and efficiency.

ACFO provides the main opportunity for fleet operators to network together, and is the largest body representing fleet operator interests to Government. They are consulted by Government Agencies, motor manufacturers, fleet suppliers, and others, for the views of what is really happening in fleets.

Despatch Association

The dispatch association is a trade association for the protection of memebers interests.

Its aim is to maintain standards in the industry.

The association has model "Terms of Business" which has been registered with the Office of Fair Trading, a Health & Safety at Work Policy and a standard employment policy. With the Road Haulage and Distribution Training Council, The Association has, together drawn up the first NVQ for couriers.
